Checkin & Checkout
We strive to offer a seamless check-in experience starting from 15:00 hrs, enabling us to meticulously prepare your accommodations. For your comfort, check-out time is scheduled at 11:00 hrs, granting us the opportunity to thoroughly clean and make ready for incoming guests. Should your plans require flexibility, we’re open to accommodating early check-ins and late check-outs, subject to availability and an additional fee. Please feel free to communicate your needs with our attentive staff. Your convenience and satisfaction are paramount to us, and we’ll do our best to ensure your stay aligns with your schedule.
Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is designed to provide flexibility while also maintaining a fair approach. Reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 48 hours prior to the check-in date. Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will incur a charge equivalent to one night’s stay. For group bookings or special events, a more extended cancellation notice may apply – our team will provide specific details upon reservation. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, so we encourage you to inform us as soon as possible to avoid any inconvenience. Refunds for cancellations will be processed in accordance with the payment method used during booking.
